Add or remove a gradient stop
To add a gradient stop
- Under Brushes in the Properties panel,
click the
Gradient Brush
tab, and then click either Linear Gradient Brush
or Radial Gradient Brush
.
- Click anywhere on the gradient slider to insert your gradient stop
.
- Repeat these steps to add additional gradient stops. You can also move a
gradient stop by clicking the stop and then dragging it to the desired position.
To remove a gradient stop
- Under Brushes in the Properties panel, click the gradient stop
that you want to remove, and then drag the gradient stop off the bottom of the gradient slider.
(Dragging off the sides or top of a gradient slider will not remove a
gradient stop.)

- There will always be two
gradient stops present on the gradient slider for any gradient brush.
- You cannot select multiple gradient stops. You can only
work with one stop at a time.
